Mrs Thamert

Hello St. Stephen’s Catholic Community!  My name is Jen Thamert and I am one of the Middle School teachers at St. Stephen School.  I teach 6th-8th grade science.  I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Saint Benedict and completed the Graduate Teacher Licensure Program with the College of Saint Scholastica.  My previous teaching experience was with high risk youth in alternative educational settings.  

In the evenings and weekends you will find me camping with my husband and 7 children, kayaking the river, walking our dog, shopping at Costco, or shuttling kids around to their various activities.  I am a mountain girl at heart and dream about living in Montana some day!  As a family, we are involved in various ministries at St. Stephen’s and absolutely love the community we are a part of, St. Stephen’s is our home away from home!
